Our Design Process Explained
STEP 1
COMPLETE YOUR BRIEF
​
Select your product, fill out your brief with details about your design idea – think text, colors and images. Once you're ready, complete your checkout.

STEP 2
COLLABORATION
​
Now it's time to collaborate with your designer who will reach out to you via a phone call, text, and/or email. There are no setup or designing fees.
STEP 3
APPROVE YOUR DESIGN
​
Once you're happy and you approve your design, we will print and ship item(s) to you.​
We currently ship exclusively within the United States to physical addresses only. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses, and international shipping is not available at this time.

How It Works
Customers visiting our site can view the card on the gift card page. You select an amount, enter the recipient's details, set when you want the card delivered, and pay. After completing checkout, the customer (you) receives email confirmation about the purchase.

The gift card RECIPIENT then gets an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from Michael Jones" (with the relevant name). Their unique gift card code appears in the email.

When the recipient wants to pay online, they click Redeem a gift card and enter their unique gift card code.
