purchase. Please read our policy carefully.

3.1 Custom Products
Because most of our products are custom printed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:
  - Buyer’s remorse
  - Spelling, punctuation, or layout errors in approved designs
Please double-check your designs and order details before finalizing your order. 

 

To start a return or refund request:

 

1. Email us at hawaiiprintexpress@gmail.com within the required time.

2. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a clear description.

3. We will confirm the next steps within 3 business days.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method once approved.
