Welcome to Hawaii Print Express! Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website and services.

Hawaii Print Express is an independent ProAdvantage Member and Reseller of Vistaprint products. Hawaii Print Express is not owned by, or affiliated with Cimpress or Vistaprint.
1.2 Eligibility:
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
1.3 User Content When you submit any designs, images, logos, or text (“Content”) for printing, you agree that:
- You own or have permission to use the Content.
- The Content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights or trademarks.
- You grant Hawaii Print Express the right to use, reproduce, and modify the Content solely to fulfill your order.

1.4 Orders & Fulfillment
All products are printed and fulfilled by Vistaprint. Shipping and delivery times are
estimates only. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been submitted for
production.
1.5 Returns & Refunds

1.6 Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
Vistaprint and the Vistaprint logo are trademarks of Cimpress. You may not use any content
from our website without our written permission.
1.7 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hawaii Print Express shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
1.8 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hawaii,USA, without regard to its conflict of law
provisions.
1.9 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately when
posted on this page.

Hawaii Print Express respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal
information.

3. Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Hawaii Print Express. We want you to be satisfied with your
purchase. Please read our policy carefully.

3.1 Custom Products
Because most of our products are custom printed to your specifications, we cannot accept
returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Spelling, punctuation, or layout errors in approved designs
Please double-check your designs and order details before finalizing your order.
3.2 Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or with a printing error caused by us or our print partner:
- Contact us at hawaiiprintexpress@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
We will work with you to replace the item at no cost or issue a refund if a replacement is not
possible.
3.3 Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to our error, we will remake or refund it at no extra charge.
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
3.4 Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping
addresses provided by the customer.
3.5 How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund request:
1. Email us at hawaiiprintexpress@gmail.com within the required time.
2. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a clear description.
3. We will confirm the next steps within 3 business days.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method once approved.
